**Job Overview:**

As Manager, Fleet Operations, you will oversee vehicle procurement, maintenance, and the auto shop in San Jose, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and budget adherence. You will work closely with field leadership, leasing providers, and drivers to support business needs with minimal disruption.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Purchase or lease vehicles to expand or improve the fleet.
2. Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and urgent repairs.
3. Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program.
4. Manage reporting on budgets, schedules, and fleet progress.
5. Oversee the auto shop supporting Bay Area operations.
6. Administer contracts for vehicle acquisition, lease, and maintenance.
7. Participate in hiring, coaching, and evaluating department staff.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of management experience.
• At least five years of fleet management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to build solutions and drive improvements.

**Work Conditions:**

• Primarily indoor work with varying environmental conditions.
• Occasional site visits requiring mobility and PPE use.
• Travel may be required.
