Job summary

CPC Logistics, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Fleet Manager in Dayton, OH to oversee all Dayton-area operations and Brookville/Dayton workloads. This role includes coordinating OTR work and contributing to sales efforts.

The position requires 3–5 years of fleet management experience, FMCSR knowledge, and proficiency with TMW or similar dispatch systems, as well as strong scheduling and communication skills.

• 3–5 years fleet management experience.
• Knowledge of FMCSR.
• Knowledge of TMW and/or other dispatching systems.
• Knowledge of ELDs.
• Good scheduling skills.
• Good people skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all work/equipment out of Brookville/Dayton (75%).
• Manage Lansing/OTR work (10%).
• Sales component (10%).
• Driver backup (5%).

CPC Logistics Inc. a leader in transportation contract logistics services, currently has an opening for an experienced Fleet Manager in Dayton OH

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Manage all work/equipment out of Brookville/Dayton (75%)
• Manage our Lansing/OTR work (10%)
• Sales Component (10%)
• Driver back up (5%
• It is highly preferred to have a Class A Commercial Driver’s License.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of fleet management experience
• Knowledge of FMCSR
• Knowledge of TMW and/or other dispatching operating systems
• Knowledge of ELDs
• Good scheduling skills
• Good people skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
