Job summary

MV Transportation seeks an experienced Fleet Maintenance Trainer to deliver learning solutions to divisional fleet technicians on diagnosis, repair, and safety across our vehicle fleet. The role focuses on developing and facilitating content that translates complex concepts into observable performance, driving improvements and sustainable results.

Responsibilities include delivering programs solo or with partners, aligning objectives with client needs, and building a reusable content library

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning solutions content for fleet technicians across maintenance areas.
• Lead content development and facilitation to meet client objectives and MV standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to align learning objectives with client goals.
• Prepare pre-program activities and provide functional partner support.
• Train teams on programs and build a core content library.
• Demonstrate business acumen, leadership, and project execution in delivery.
