Ingredients Plus is a technology-driven ingredient solutions provider supporting the food and beverage industry. This role performs preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on tractors, trailers, and fleet equipment, with responsibilities expanding by technician level.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in diesel/fleet repair, with strong troubleshooting and independent work capability. Various shifts and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum experience in diesel, fleet, truck, trailer, heavy equipment, automotive, or related mechanical repair environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently and safely in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance, inspections, routine repairs, and basic diagnostics on tractors, trailers, and fleet equipment with guidance as needed.
• Independently performs diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on air brake, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, engine, and trailer systems.
• Senior technicians perform advanced diagnostics, major component repairs, complex troubleshooting, and provide technical guidance.
