Job summary

Apex Waste Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead fleet maintenance across Denver North and Parker facilities. You will ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance of refuse trucks, heavy equipment, and support vehicles.

You’ll supervise technicians, manage preventive maintenance, and drive uptime with a hands-on leadership style. The role requires 5+ years in fleet maintenance and 3+ years of supervisory experience, with strong knowledge of diesel and electrical

Qualifications

• Experience leading fleet maintenance teams and managing technicians.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electricals, brakes and suspensions.
• Familiar with DOT regulations and fleet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for two fleet facilities.
• Supervise Fleet Mechanics, PM Technicians, and Maintenance Helpers.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records using fleet software.
• Manage budgets, labor hours, inventory, and parts.
