Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations in the maintenance shop.
• Coordinates and supervises maintenance work and repairs; monitors progress and quality.
• Reviews driver repairs and prepares work orders.
• Performs mechanical duties as needed.
• Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.
• Coaches, trains, evaluates staff and conducts disciplinary actions when required.
• Ensures consistent application of safety regulations and policies.
• Creates and submits reports as necessary.
