Penske Maintenance Supervisors lead the fleet maintenance team at the Chester, VA location, coordinating scheduled repairs, preventative maintenance, and repairs on tractors, trucks, and trailers. You will hire, train, and develop technicians to meet high customer expectations.

The role requires 3+ years of fleet maintenance management or 3 years of team management in a metrics-driven environment; you need not be a mechanic, but strong leadership is essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years fleet maintenance management experience preferred, or at least 3 years of team management in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
• Willingness to travel within the district and to work at the specified location as needed.

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske’s assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
