Qualifications

• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
• 3 years of team management in a high‑metrics environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and strong organizational skills required.
• Proficiency with computers and office software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customer needs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost control of Penske assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor workload and maintain a clean, safe facility.
