Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of journey-level automotive or equipment mechanic experience, with one to two years in lead/supervisory roles.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate skilled and semi-skilled staff in maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety codes and campus fleet maintenance policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff across automotive, landscape, and heavy equipment.
• Assign, monitor, and prioritize work; inspect repairs for safety and manufacturer specs.
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance and diagnostics for fleet vehicles and equipment.
