Greyhound Lines, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance Team in Alpharetta, GA. In this leadership role, you will coordinate with maintenance employees to ensure repair, maintenance, and cleaning operations are completed across our fleet, keeping customers moving.

This position requires flexibility for all shifts, including nights and weekends. Leadership eligibility for annual bonus and a path to contribute to safety, reliability, and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in automotive, trucking, or bus maintenance.
• Mechanical background required.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize repair orders and operational demands.
• Ensure buses are safe, clean, reliable, and efficient.
• Schedule operations to keep buses on time and in good condition.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Schedule cleaning and related functions for coaches and equipment.
• Train and mentor employees.
