Job description

Job Summary:

Will oversee and facilitate the preventative maintenance program of the fuel delivery equipment (Class 8 tractors and tank trailers). This includes coordinating fleet services and repairs with the fleet maintenance team, third-party vendors, and other internal stakeholders.

In addition, will oversee the vehicle damage reporting with the company's third-party administrator for recovery of vehicle repair costs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate, plan, and execute the company’s fleet preventive maintenance program with Fleet Operations, Fleet Maintenance team, and third-party vendors.
2. Manage and oversee the use of third-party vendors for vehicle services and repairs, including reviewing and approving estimates, issuing purchase/repair orders, and approving invoices.
3. Oversee and maintain the company's Fleet Maintenance Software (FMS) system, focusing on regulatory compliance and vehicle repair history (data integrity).
4. Provide details for recovery expenses with the company's third-party agent (TPA) for vehicle damage claims.
5. Generate fleet maintenance performance reports.
6. Conduct reviews (audits) of internal repair orders to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
