As a Penske Maintenance Supervisor, you will use your excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills to engage diesel technicians, maintain good morale among your team, and keep customers satisfied. Your duties include coordinating, scheduling, and auditing vehicle maintenance repairs, including preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs for tractors, trucks, and trailers.
You will be involved in hiring, training, and developing vehicle maintenance technicians to ensure a highly skilled workforce that meets customer expectations.
Preferred candidates will have at least 3+ years in fleet vehicle maintenance overseeing technicians. Minimum qualifications include at least 3 years of team management in an environment with strong operational metrics. This position offers growth into leadership roles within Penske and does not require mechanic certification.
This role is based at our facility located at 436 Riverside Avenue, Medford, MA.

This position is safety-sensitive and requires alertness and safety compliance, including understanding of DOT, OSHA, and Penske policies. Physical demands include frequent movement, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, and working in various weather conditions.
