Position Summary: As a Penske Maintenance Supervisor, you will utilize your communication, organization, and multitasking skills to engage diesel technicians, maintain team morale, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your duties include coordinating, scheduling, and auditing vehicle maintenance repairs, including preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs for tractors, trucks, and trailers. You will also be involved in hiring, training, and developing vehicle maintenance technicians to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications: Candidates should have at least 3+ years in fleet vehicle maintenance overseeing technicians or 3 years of team management with strong operational metrics. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Tech School degree is preferred. Strong customer service, organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license are necessary. Proficiency with computers and understanding of safety policies are also required.

Major Responsibilities:
Physical and Other Requirements: Must be able to move frequently, work at heights, lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. Must comply with safety policies, be able to work in all weather conditions, and maintain full attendance. Willingness to travel within the district and work scheduled hours is required.
