Job summary

Invenergy Services LLC is seeking a Maintenance Program Manager in Chicago, Illinois. The role involves developing and improving fleet-wide maintenance programs for renewable energy operations, including wind, solar, and battery storage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance management experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business tools.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized fleet-wide maintenance programs.
• Support maintenance planning and execution at sites.
• Evaluate maintenance performance and drive improvements.
• Assist with training site personnel on maintenance standards.
• Collaborate with internal groups on maintenance initiatives.

Skills

Industrial maintenance management experience

Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems

Experience with CMMS
