Team GCPS is currently hiring fleet maintenance professionals for the nation's 3rd largest transporter of students!

The GCPS Fleet Maintenance team keeps the school district's fleet of more than 1,900 buses and district vehicles safely operating on Gwinnett County and metro Atlanta roads. We offer a comprehensive fleet maintenance training program and we provide a full benefits package for all staff members.

Join our team and help support the safe transportation of more than 118,700 students twice a day.

Fleet Maintenance team members in Gwinnett County Public Schools enjoy:

• Hourly pay rates range from $21.00to $41.25, based on work experience, college credit, or military service.
• Qualified applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED, and hold a Commercial Driver's License or CDL permit before hiring. GCPS provides training for required endorsements.
