Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager who will oversee preventative maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles, direct a team of diesel technicians, and implement maintenance policies to ensure compliance with company, federal and state regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and excellent communication to drive safety, efficiency, and cost control across on-site shops, while coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely, quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience and 3 years leadership experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Ability to train and develop technicians.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles and direct on-site technicians.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate repair work to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Provide hands-on maintenance guidance and training for technicians.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and monitor costs related to personnel and parts.
• Ensure repairs comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
