Industrial Service and Installation (ISI), Inc. is seeking a Fleet Mechanic Manager to lead the upkeep and maintenance of our truck and trailer fleet in York, PA. You will supervise mechanics, ensure safety and regulatory standards, and manage parts and scheduling to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a mechanic with strong troubleshooting abilities, and can work with minimal supervision while maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Experience working on commercial trucks.
• Must have your own tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• State inspection license; CDL preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Determine vehicle condition by inspections and diagnostic tests.
• Oversee daily activities of mechanics; ensure DOT compliance.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and upgrades.
• Repair major assemblies and subsystems as needed.
• Verify vehicle performance with test drives.
• Maintain vehicle records and safety procedures.
• Monitor fleet spreadsheet and report updates to leadership.
