Job summary

The Shamrock Foods Company seeks a Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead a safe, cost-efficient fleet while complying with State and Federal laws. You will oversee maintenance of tractors and trailers, manage records, licensing and emissions, and collaborate with operations to ensure timely deliveries.

Five or more years of fleet maintenance management experience is required, CDL Class A is preferred, and you will recruit, train and develop shop staff. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fleet maintenance management experience.
• Experience with fleet maintenance operating systems (TMW systems preferred).
• High School diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A preferred with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance of tractors and trailers; ensure DOT compliance and company policies.
• Manage fleet maintenance records, licensing, and emissions.
• Analyze maintenance and fueling costs; manage budgets and expenditures.
• Hire and train fleet shop and wash crew staff; monitor recruitment and turnover.
• Ensure safety is a top priority for all employees.
• Plan and direct daily Fleet Operations to support division goals.
• Collaborate with Operations Transportation teams to meet route obligations.
