AiLO Logistics in Compton, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance of company equipment at our headquarters. The role reports to the regional maintenance leadership and focuses on planning, scheduling, and ensuring DOT/FMCSA compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in maintenance operations (logistics preferred) and some managerial experience, with strong technical and communication skills to lead mechanics, technicians, and clerks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of maintenance operations experience, preferably in logistics.
• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational/technical training preferred).
• 2-3 years of managerial experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan and oversee company equipment maintenance.
• Schedule PM services weekly and oversee DVIR defects.
• Review and approve work orders and invoices.
• Maintain DOT compliance and documentation.
• Oversee a maintenance team including mechanics, technicians, and clerks.
• Coordinate repairs between shops and plants and manage vendor relations.
• Establish and maintain a Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Monitor cost control and budget principles.
