Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance operations experience, logistics preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or technical training preferred; high school diploma required.
• Equipment maintenance and fleet management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee company equipment maintenance.
• Schedule PM services weekly.
• Oversee DVIR defects weekly.
• Maintain Preventative Maintenance Program per FMCSA/DOT guidance.
• Manage maintenance staff including mechanics, technicians, and clerks.
• Coordinate repairs between shops and plants.
• Review and approve work orders and invoices.
• Develop vendor relationships and recruit service vendors.
