Job summary

Sarens USA in Beaumont, TX, seeks a Fleet Manager to lead the maintenance strategy for cranes, trailers, trucks and support gear. You will coach a skilled Workshop and Warehouse team, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with SHEQ standards while meeting economic targets.

You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance, manage budgets and procurement, and collaborate with local management to align with business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet or maintenance management.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize procurement.
• Leadership to coach and develop teams.
• Familiarity with SHEQ standards and compliance.
• Experience with ERP maintenance systems is a plus.
• Exposure to Lean and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the maintenance strategy for all equipment.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance to keep equipment operational.
• Drive SHEQ standards and continuous improvement across activities.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, control costs, and optimise procurement.
• Lead and develop Workshop and Warehouse Supervisors.
• Report directly to the Country Manager and functionally to the Regional Fleet Manager.
• Collaborate with the local management team to align with business objectives.
