Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a skilled automotive maintenance professional to perform scheduled and preventative work on production equipment and fleet vehicles. You will diagnose, repair, and document service in an electronic maintenance system and order parts as needed.

The role requires ASE certification or completion of an automotive program, plus high school diploma and 5 years of experience. Expect field work, budget awareness, and teamwork with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5 years’ automotive mechanic experience.
• ASE Certification or completion of an Automotive Technology Program.
• Ability to read safety rules and write routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong math skills for discounts, percentages and volumes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs fleet vehicle chassis and back-end systems.
• Maintains repair records in an electronic system.
• Orders parts and coordinates outsourced maintenance as needed.
• Prepares and manages maintenance budget.
• Responds to breakdowns in the field when required.
