This 40-hour on-site position offers a salary range of $34,947 to $55,988 per year.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years secretarial/administrative experience required.
• Customer service and/or purchasing experience preferred.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license required.
• Ability to learn and apply GCPS policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support fleet operations with clerical and administrative duties.
• Enter data into CMMS and generate management reports.
• Maintain filing systems for office efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as customer contact at the shop level by phone, e-mail, and in person.
• Coordinate movement of vehicles to/from lots, shops, and vendors.
• Assist with annual school bus safety inspections and data entry in Maximo.
