Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer. You will fuel, wash, and prep vehicles to ensure safe operation before the road, acting as the face of Penske for customers arriving and departing.

No prior experience is required; Penske provides training to learn vehicle maintenance processes and use of advanced technology, with opportunities to advance to a technician role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items.
• Help keep facilities clean, safe environments for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training to perform minor repairs such as tire mounting, rotation, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
