Job summary

Arrow Stage Lines in Denver, CO is seeking a Lube Technician for our maintenance team. This full-time role focuses on routine preventive maintenance, oil changes, tire work, and general servicing of our fleet.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with overtime as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required; brake and AC certifications are a plus but not mandatory. Training is provided; valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Brake and AC certifications are preferred but not required.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug test, background check and back screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and monitors preventive maintenance schedules.
• Performs oil changes, tire work, and lubricates equipment.
• Inspects brake systems, steering, wheel bearings, and other critical parts for safe operation.
• Operates hand tools and power tools; adheres to safety policies.
• Communicates with drivers and management about maintenance needs.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and inventory levels.
