Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for a Fleet Operations Associate at our Norfolk airport location. You will move fleet vehicles, keep lots organized, and ensure vehicles are ready for customers, supporting a quick and smooth rental experience.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided. You must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in all weather, and attend on-site shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Willingness to work outdoors, near a mechanical shop with moderate noise levels.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; stand, walk, sit and kneel frequently.
• 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Move fleet vehicles efficiently within lots or between locations.
• Inventory vehicles and update status on handheld device.
• Keep parking areas organized, safe, and tidy.
• Support fleet readiness to help customers get on the road quickly.
