Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sustain deployments by aligning customer missions with product capabilities and integrations.
• Triagem, diagnosis and root-cause analysis of incidents; drive postmortem actions and provide status updates through resolution.
• Improve fleet observability and telemetry with product teams.
• Develop fleet health reporting and monitor deviations from baseline for Counter Intrusion tech stack.
• Coordinate with internal operations to identify and fix reliability issues across the system.
• Support global customers with proactive communication and detailed execution.
• Propose process and product improvements based on feedback and metrics.
• Perform maintenance on hardware using Linux command line.
