Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Fleet/Generator Maintenance Technician at Fort Bragg, NC. You will perform field-level maintenance on hundreds of vehicles, trailers, generators (3KW–60KW) and HVAC/ECU systems for B Company, Support Battalion, 1st SWTG (A).

Responsibilities include PMCS, repairs, electrical troubleshooting with DMM and diagnostic software, and accurate documentation using DA forms and GCSS-Army PA61 schedules. A SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance required
U.S. citizenship required
Technical proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, component replacement, power generation maintenance

Responsibilities

Perform PMCS and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance on wheeled vehicles, equipment and power generation per manuals
Inspect, service, repair, replace, adjust, and test power plants, engines, fuel, air, exhaust, cooling, chassis, powertrain, brake, steering, suspension, and hydraulics
Troubleshoot automotive electrical systems using multimeters and diagnostic software
Complete DA Form 5988-E, DA Form 5990-E, and man-hour accounting worksheets accurately
Utilize Maintenance Support Device for troubleshooting, parts identification, and requisitioning NSNs
Create and maintain PA61 work schedules in GCSS-Army; provide weekly labor-hour reports
Assist with QA/QC inspections, road tests, recovery operations, and equipment turn-in
