Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams and projects in a garage/maintenance environment.
• Proven procurement/negotiation experience for large equipment.
• Experience with diesel maintenance and managing large fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs east coast hog production garage operations and garage management.
• Oversees repairs, service, and maintenance of vehicular equipment; develops schedules and records.
• Establishes procurement strategies and oversees vendor relationships to reduce costs.
• Ensures safety programs and garage policies are enforced; manages budgets and KPIs.
• Oversees contractor/vendors and staff training; fosters cross-department collaboration.
