Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Eagan, MN. You will greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and ensure readiness before road use.

Training will help you progress toward technician roles with strong safety and maintenance focus. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and excellent customer service, with a base pay of $23/hr plus shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus a comprehensive benefits package and career development

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a positive experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, etc.).
• Help maintain clean, safe work environment for customers and staff.
• Build skills through training and coaching for minor repairs like tire work and preventive maintenance.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
