Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Elgin, IL. You will fuel and wash vehicles, greet customers, and help ensure readiness before they hit the road.

No experience required; training provided. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $20-23/hour with a $3 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, great benefits, and opportunities to advance through our maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and to be flexible about duties.

Responsibilities

• Greeting our customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections—tires, fluids, and basic maintenance.
• Keeping facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Training and coaching to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Completing other projects as assigned by supervisor.
