Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The associate must understand and comply with safety policies (DOT/OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great fueling and washing experience.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, etc.).
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Develop skills through training and hands-on coaching for minor repairs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
