Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Must understand and comply with Penske policies and safety requirements.
• DOT/OSHA and Penske safety compliance awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Keeping facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Developing skills through training and coaching, performing minor repairs (tires, preventive maintenance).
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
