Job summary

Penske is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Tempe, AZ. You will greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and support safety and cleanliness of the facility. No experience required; training provided to learn maintenance tasks and basic repairs.

Compensation starts at $22.13 per hour with shift premiums and strong benefits. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to customer service while growing toward technician training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work well in a team and outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training to perform minor repairs and maintenance.
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
