Penske Truck Leasing in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer. You will greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and ensure readiness before road use. Training is provided with opportunities to advance into technician roles.

No prior experience required; high school diploma and driver’s license are typical requirements. The role offers competitive pay and shift premiums, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Must understand and comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety policies compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items.
• Help keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Build your skills through training and hands-on coaching for minor repairs (tires, preventive maintenance).
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
