Job summary

Lignetics in Marathon, WI is seeking a Fleet Finance Operations Coordinator to support AP invoicing, daily dispatch data entry, and month-end close activities. The role runs 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday in a full-time capacity.

The position requires a high school diploma and strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Previous experience in transportation or accounting is preferred, with benefits including insurance and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• AP Invoice Management: code invoices and communicate to AP department; enter information for weekly check runs.
• Daily Reporting: enter daily dispatch and work orders; perform data entry; manage driver electronic logs.
• Month End Close: support finance department on all month-end close procedures including physical inventory and AP invoice management; complete monthly trailer DOT report and other monthly reports.
• Other Administrative Support: back-up dispatcher; process driver miles, pay and expenses for payroll; support fleet manager and safety program; update daily reports when assigned; handle postal mail & package distribution; filing and scanning paperwork; other assigned duties.
