Job summary

Pee Dee Regional Transportation Authority (PDRTA) is seeking a Utility Worker to clean interiors and exteriors of fleet vehicles and maintain the office premises in a clean, orderly condition. The role requires groundskeeping, deep cleaning of fleet vehicles, and transporting all trash from the maintenance shop to the disposal area.

Hours vary, typically Monday–Friday between 5:30 AM and 7:00 PM, with possible weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One to three months related experience preferred.
• Corresponding years of experience may be substituted for education.

Responsibilities

• Clean interiors and exteriors of fleet vehicles.
• Perform groundskeeping and deep cleaning of fleet fleet vehicles.
• Transport all trash from the maintenance shop to the disposal area.
• Maintain office building premises in a clean, orderly condition.
