Job summary

Aardvark Studios, a maker of experiential marketing vehicles, seeks a Fleet & Facilities Coordinator to keep our fleet, warehouse, and facilities running smoothly so project teams can stay focused on building remarkable work for clients.

You’ll drive company vans and trucks, manage maintenance, organize inventories, coordinate with vendors, and jump in wherever needed to solve problems and keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Comfortable driving company vans and 20'-26' box trucks.
• Forklift experience is a plus (we'll train the right person).
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and basic software for inventory, scheduling, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, stage, and distribute materials for upcoming projects.
• Drive company vans, box trucks, and promotional vehicles for pickups, deliveries, service appointments, and project support.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for company vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and facility.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Support project teams by organizing pallets, loading and unloading trucks, and helping get projects out the door.
• Coordinate with vendors for fleet, facility, and equipment needs.
• Perform light facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.
• Update inventory systems and maintenance records.
• Jump in wherever needed to solve problems and help keep projects moving.
