Job summary

Wastequip is seeking a warehouse associate to manage receiving, packaging, and shipping operations. You will help in hose and fittings production, pick orders, and keep records accurate. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain organization is essential.

Required is a high school diploma; forklift certification is a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are necessary. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, material handling is ideal.
• Forklift certification a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Data entry and part lookup skills required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and corrective action skills.
• Able to lift, stoop and bend repeatedly; up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and ship products, verify records, and prepare items for shipment.
• Sort and place materials on racks according to size, type, or product.
• Assist in warehouse areas including production of hose and fittings.
• Maintain clean work areas and track inventory and orders.
• Process parts orders for shipment to support sales.
• Keep trucks, warehouse, and equipment in orderly condition.
