Air Products is seeking an energetic Vehicle/Fleet Mechanic in Cleveland, OH. You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on trailers and tractors, document work electronically, and handle road repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/equivalent.
• Valid driver license - Class A CDL preferred.
• Strong mechanical background and above-average computer experience/skills.
• Energetic, highly motivated and well organized, self-starter with strong commitment to safety.
• Strong team player with ability to work well with fellow mechanics/drivers/operations personnel.
• Solid work history.
• Ability to drive a tractor.
• Welding knowledge and experience.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills on 12-volt DC circuits.
• Diesel engine troubleshooting and minor repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as necessary on trailers and tractors.
• Document/record work performed electronically.
• Perform road repairs when necessary.
• Perform cryogenic pump maintenance.
• Perform electrical/electronic repairs and installs on tractors and trailers.
• Calibrate pump discharge meters.
• Minor welding and fabricating as required.
