Job summary

Titan Group’s Fayetteville, NC maintenance shop is seeking a Fleet Diesel Mechanic Shop Foreman Supervisor to lead maintenance and repair of Freight Trucks and Ready Mix Trucks. You’ll supervise technicians, coordinate repairs, enforce safety, and drive preventative maintenance to maximize equipment availability and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have 5+ years of diesel mechanic experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work variable shifts including nights

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing Class 8 diesel engines, hydraulic systems, suspensions, drive-train components, electrical, air conditioning, air brakes, computer diagnostics and basic electrical welding.
• Ability to pass pre-employment processes including background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, services and/or repairs fleet vehicles including Freight Trucks and Ready Mix Trucks.
• Provides direction, leadership, and assistance to maintenance and parts room personnel.
• Maintains a clean and environmentally responsible work area.
• Coordinates repairs and services within the guidelines and procedures outlined by the Company.
• Responsible for accurate, timely and quality paperwork and electronic submittals.
• Monitors shop efficiency by implementing effective time management practices.
• Adheres to Company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in continuous training and development within job classification.
• Responsible for parts and material inventory within assigned area.
