This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, transmissions, and related mechanical systems to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan. The technician will work closely with fleet managers to schedule preventative maintenance and respond promptly to mechanical failures or breakdowns. By applying expert mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, the technician helps maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a formal diesel mechanic training program or equivalent technical education.
• Proven experience working as a diesel mechanic or technician, preferably in a fleet environment.
