Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Diesel Truck/Trailer Maintenance Mechanic in Van Buren, AR to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on tractor and trailer equipment, with focus on accurate work orders and warranty processes. The role requires diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing fleet equipment safely, maintaining a clean, safe workspace, and complying with company policies.

Qualifications

CDL preferred
Experience in tractor/trailer inspection and repair or a technical school degree/certification in Heavy Duty Truck/Trailer Maintenance with Diesel specialty
Experience in advanced diagnostics

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fleet equipment safely and correctly.
Conduct failures analysis, repairs, and rebuilds fleet equipment components.
Inform management about housekeeping opportunities, unsafe conditions and corrective actions.
Identify missing tools and supplies and address issues when possible.
Complete complex work orders with detailed condition, cause and correction and warranty return tag as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
Comply with company policies, procedures and ethics.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
