Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is hiring a Diesel Truck/Trailer Maintenance Mechanic in Pine Bluff, AR. You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on tractor and trailer equipment, completing work orders with accurate coding and proper warranty processing.

Qualified candidates have a CDL preference, experience in inspection/repair or a related technical credential, and strong diagnostics ability. The role offers a competitive base salary, incentive pay potential, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

Valid state issued CDL license preferred.
Experience in tractor and trailer inspection and repair or a technical school degree, or certification in Heavy Duty Truck/Trailer Maintenance with diesel specialty.
Experience in advanced diagnostics.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fleet equipment safely and correctly.
Complete work orders with proper coding: reason for repair, detailed condition, cause, and correction, plus warranty notes.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with policies.
Identify broken tools and missing supplies and address with management.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
