Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate fleet lists for assigned campuses in Fleet systems (e.g., Efleets, FleetCommander, TxFS).
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and repairs for fleet vehicles.
• Assist with delivery, disposal, and transfer processes of vehicles and management of plates, toll tags, fuel cards, and asset updates.
• Manage vehicle registration, renewal, and titles.
• Maintain relationships with dealers and repair facilities and manage payments.
• Track fleet maintenance/repair activities and assist budget planning.
• Process vehicle reservations and serve as the main contact for vehicle-related questions.

Hiring Range is $49-53K

The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Equivalent combination of education, training and relevant professional experience will be considered.

Essential Functions

• Employee will demonstrate TSTC Core values of Excellence, Accountability, Service and Integrity with internal and external stakeholders, customers, students and members of the community.
• Ensure accurate fleet lists for assigned campuses in all fleet systems including but not limited to Efleets, FleetCommander and TxFS (State Database).
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and repair of fleet vehicles and transport vehicles to and from appointments.
• Assist with the delivery, disposal and transfer processes of vehicles; including removal and cancelation of plates, toll tags, fuel cards, systems updates and asset assignment
• Responsible for managing vehicle registration, renewal, and titles.
• Maintain relationships with local dealers, repair facilities, body shops and wash providers, manage payment for all of these vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of all fleet maintenance and repair activities.
• Track fleet-related expenses and assist in budget planning.
• Manage vehicle reservation requests.
• Serve as main point of contact for all vehicle related questions and issues.
