Job summary

Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, LLC in Dickinson, ND is seeking an experienced Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial vehicle business.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $140,000 per year plus up to $12,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, with extra hours as needed. Benefits include health, dental, and more.

Qualifications

• Automotive/fleet sales leadership experience is required or highly preferred.
• Strong dealer-based sales background expected.
• Willingness to travel locally; no overnights except occasional training/events.

Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, LLC, a Ford Elite Commercial Center, is seeking an experienced Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial vehicle business.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in fleet and commercial vehicle sales
• Manage, coach, and develop a Fleet Sales Representative
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, government, and fleet accounts
• Work closely with Retail Sales Managers and other department leaders to align inventory, pricing, and processes
• Ensure compliance with Ford fleet programs and Elite Commercial Center standards

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (minimum)
• Additional hours will be required based on business needs, customer demands, or special circumstances

Qualifications

• Automotive, commercial vehicle, equipment, fleet, or strong B2B outside-sales experience preferred. Proven sales leaders from related industries are encouraged to apply
• Very strong dealer-based sales background
• Proven leadership and sales growth experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel locally; no overnights required except for occasional training or industry events
