Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

What You'll Do as a Mobility Transportation Driver:
Safe & Reliable Transportation
  • Provide safe and dependable transportation to passengers traveling to medical appointments, workplaces, schools, community programs, shopping destinations, and other essential locations.
  • Ensure passengers arrive safely, comfortably, and on schedule.
  • Follow assigned routes, schedules, and service procedures.
  • Operate company vehicles responsibly while maintaining the highest safety standards.
  • Deliver reliable transportation services with professionalism and care.
  • Adapt to changing schedules and passenger needs while maintaining exceptional service.
Passenger Care & Assistance
  • Provide courteous, respectful, and compassionate customer service.
  • Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles when needed.
  • Safely secure wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices according to company safety guidelines.
  • Create a welcoming and supportive environment for every passenger.
  • Communicate effectively with riders, caregivers, dispatch personnel, and team members.
  • Assist individuals with a variety of mobility and accessibility needs.
Safety & Compliance
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Complete required trip logs, reports, and documentation accurately.
  • Follow all company policies, transportation regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Report vehicle maintenance concerns, incidents, and service-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness for daily operations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of passenger safety and professionalism.
Qualifications of a Mobility Transportation Driver:
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
