Job summary

Fred Beans Automotive Group in Doylestown, PA, is hiring a Full-time Lot Attendant/Assistant to support fleet administration at our Ford dealership. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in vehicle movement, documentation, and dealership operations.

You will work with the Fleet Manager, organize daily activities, update the Fleet database in Excel, handle paperwork, and assist with customer communications and billing.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize days and activities with Fleet Manager and staff.
• Proactively move units through Retrieval, Service, Detail, and Fueling.
• Prepare units by removing factory protective coverings prior to cleaning.
• Meet with transportation companies for pickups of courtesy/out-of-stock units.
• Assist in snow removal when needed.
• Call customers to schedule appointments for company vehicles.
• Assist in completing PADMV paperwork and fleet paperwork, and ensure PA plates are valid.
• Maintain Fleet database; Excel knowledge is required.
• Organize fleet paperwork and maintain lease return Vehicle logs.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct to the correct contact.
• Assist in preparing billing for courtesy deliveries.
• Maintain knowledge of manufacturer’s websites and passwords.
