Job summary

Zipcar in Philadelphia is seeking a Fleet Operations Associate to help keep our vehicles member-ready across the city. You will move cars, assist with cleaning, maintenance, and coordinate transport to where members need them.

You’ll work outdoors, hours include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver’s license is required. This role offers competitive benefits and the chance to be part of a dynamic, service-driven team.

• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Excellent communication with operations team to ensure vehicle status updates.
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to carry tools and marketing materials (up to 50 lbs).

As a Fleet Operations Associate , you will work all around the city as part of our Fleet Operations Team to ensure cars are clean, maintained and transport them to where they need to be for our Zipcar members. You’ll zip around by foot, bike, public transit or use a Zipcar to ensure our vehicles are ‘member-ready’ – this might mean changing a tire, filling the gas tank, cleaning, or helping to coordinate a tow or repair.
