Avis Budget Group's Zipcar division is hiring a Fleet Operations Associate to keep vehicles ready around Detroit and Romulus, MI. You will help clean, maintain, and transport cars to member locations, often on foot, bike, or by Zipcar itself.

The role emphasizes strong time management, clear communication with the operations team, and flexibility to work 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends. A valid driver's license is required.

As a Fleet Operations Associate, you will work all around the city as part of our Fleet Operations Team to ensure cars are clean, maintained and transport them to where they need to be for our Zipcar members. You’ll zip around by foot, bike, public transit or use a Zipcar to ensure our vehicles are ‘member‑ready’ – this might mean changing a tire, filling the gas tank, cleaning, or helping to coordinate a tow or repair.
